Ogechi is a graduate student in the Clinical Epidemiology and Healthcare Research program at the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation (IHPME). Her research is centered on Avoidable Hospitalizations in Older Adults, particularly focusing on social admissions and unmet home support needs.

​Jake is a second-year medical student at Western University. He completed his B.Sc. in Biomedical Science at the University of Guelph in 2021 and earned his M.Sc. in Biochemistry from McMaster University in 2024. His research focuses on understanding patient and physician priorities for quality improvement on general medical wards.

​Niels is a PhD candidate at the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation (IHPME) at the University of Toronto. His research uses administrative data to strengthen primary care in Ontario, with a focus on understanding quality of care in walk-in clinics. He also serves as the Manager of Analytics at the College of Nurses of Ontario.
